Accounts receivable accountant / (balance sheet) accountant – financial statements & digitization (m/f/d)

Debitor booking: Operational responsibility for booking, voting and clarification of open items including complex customer cases and escalations Receivables Management: Control and Development of the Mahn and Collection Process in close coordination with Sales, Customer Service and External Partners Security management: management of guarantees, avales and credit collateral including Time-limit monitoring and documentation Conclusions: Working with monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Further development: Structured incorporation with step-by-step adoption of accounting tasks Digitalization: Active co-design of automation and digitalization projects in accounting (e.g. debitor processes, workflows, interfaces) Process optimization: Analysis of existing processes and implementation of sustainable improvements

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, businessman/wife for office management, tax specialist) or business studies Further training for the audited account holder (IHK) desirable Multiannual professional experience as debitor accountant, account holder, financial accountant or accountant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Knowledge in HGB accounting and debitor accounting Safe handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as well as very good MS-Excel knowledge Structured, analytical work and interest in digitization and process optimization
