• daily preparation of mainly vegetarian lunches, salads, small dishes and cakes
• the establishment and implementation of resource-oriented processes
• Quality and price-conscious use of all foods
• regional, sustainable and seasonal food planning
• Order of goods and receipt of goods
• support in carrying out events and smaller catering
• compliance and control of hygiene and cleanliness, as well as the HACCP concept
