Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Exciting tasks

• Responsible for controlling large-volume construction projects in education, from planning to acceptance by the tenants
• Management and development of the project team in operational business
• Perception of all building core tasks
• Responsible for the award and control of all necessary planning and construction services up to turnkey transfer
• Project-related communication with all stakeholders (particularly clients, university/science, authorities and, where appropriate, public)
• Planning of external partners:inside
• Responsible for the management of post-submission management

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed studies with construction or real estate (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, building technology, industrial engineering)
• In the best case, you will provide a long-term professional experience in the planning, execution and/or overarching control of construction projects.
• Ideally you bring experience in the responsible control of large-volume construction projects in the clearly double-digit million area with
• Very good knowledge of building and procurement law (e.g. VOB, BGB, HOAI, VgV)
