The Rastatt plant with around 6,500 employees has been producing the fully-electric compact model EQA since 2021. The factory is also responsible for the production of the A-Class, B-Class, GLA and the new CLA. The Rastatter compact car production covers the entire range of modern drive technologies with burners, plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles, and thus goes even more precisely on the wishes of demanding customers. Our team of central reworking is responsible for all reworking vehicles in the compact car production, and the associated feedback on key faults, storage measures and reworking solutions. As part of the “Reworking Pool” you will be hired as an employee of the assembly and used for qualified personnel compensation in the main work of the Rastatt plant (Hall 4.0 and 4.1) for rework. The operations in the “Reworking Pool” are controlled in a demand-oriented manner. These challenges include: Conducting quality checks on customer vehicles

perform fault analyses on the basis of test regulations and determine fault causes (electronics, noises, tightness, etc.)

Diagnostic work on vehicle systems (high-voltage components), perform motor diagnostics with subsequent repair

Extensive reworking on customer vehicles

Executing units for new vehicles

Testing and evaluating vehicle sub-bases

Before and after preparation of the painting on the customer vehicle

Doing painting work on the new vehicle

Assessment of vehicle and body damage

Doing necessary bodywork such as eliminating dents / grinding / grounding

Documenting errors and analysis results and controlling vehicles

Ideally, you will bring: Complete technical vocational training of the technical fields of motor mechanics / electrical engineering or Kfz-Mechatronik / Motor vehicle painter / body builder

Electrical power for HV drive systems in the KFZ (EFK), optionally also training as a specialist for HV drive systems in the KFZ (FfHV)

Ideally, you have already collected relevant professional experience

Flexibility and readiness for use are of course

Car driver's license is basic requirement
