Responsively, you take over all personal administrative processes, such as contractual adjustments, creating personalised fonts and the administration of our HR tool. In your role, you are a trusted contact person of the branch management as well as the executives and employees in all personal topics and questions. You are driving the issue of personnel development and organising training and development measures for employees. As part of the applicant management, you tune the needs with the departments and accompany the entire recruiting process at the location. Since the Rhenus Unna will transfer its headquarters from 2027, you can now look forward to a modern and attractive new building in Dortmund-Wambel!

Your basis is a completed commercial training with additional qualification in the area of personnel or an economic study with a focus on HR. In addition, you have first professional experience in the field of personnel and also have knowledge in the Labour and Business Constitution Act. You are motivated, committed and bring planning and organizational skills. Finally, you score with a sovereign appearance and an empathic and trustworthy personality and a pronounced communication skill across all target groups.
