You maintain the operational control of the Taiwanese sites holistic, from planning to analysis Regular visits on site (approximately 25% travel activity) ensure your close connection to processes, people and business dynamics You develop the business management instruments, from budget planning to balance sheet accounting As a key contact between commercial management in Taiwan and group controlling in Germany, you provide clear processes and sound decisions Deviation analyses, forecasts and investment planning are conducted systematically and analytically You integrate international reporting standards (including IFRSs) taking into account local accounting rules In addition, you actively contribute to group-wide efficiency, standardization and transformation projects

Successfully completed studies in controlling, finance or accounting or equivalent training Multiannual professional experience in international controlling or in a comparable financial sector is advantageous. Ideally, background from an audit company, consultancy or an international industrial group with experience abroad Negotiating language skills in traditional Mandarin Chinese and very good German in word and writing are required Sovereign handling of ERP systems, BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and pronounced Excel expertise Analytical Strength, Intercultural Sensitivity and Independent, Structured Operation International readiness and ability to control projects remotely efficiently
