In your new role as Junior Business Partner Controlling (m/w/d), your focus is on controlling processes in production controlling, costing production costs, and creating meaningful analyses and accurate reports that create transparency and enable sound decisions.

This body shall be permanent and full-time. Ideally, you start 1. August 2025 or earlier.

Your new workplace is located in our headquarters in Einbeck, Lower Saxony.

Your tasks:

Cost control: collection and analysis of production costs, development of standard costs, implementation of deviation analyses and identification of savings potentials Budgeting & Forecasting: Support for Business Partner Controlling in Costing Production Costs (COGM) and Coordination of Production Data Collection Conclusions: preparation of WIP bookings, determination of production costs per culture for quarter-reporting and inventory assessment (limited) Masterdata: master data maintenance according to existing control models Cooperation & Communication: Close cooperation with international colleagues (m/w/d) from production and controlling to ensure effective cost management

Complete Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics or Similar First professional experience – proven by internships, student work or the like – in the field of (production) controlling and/or financial management – ideally in the international environment Safe handling of MS Excel – Experience with SAP R3, S/4HANA and Business Warehouse are beneficial Analytical thinking and good problem solving skills Structured, target-oriented mode of operation combined with good organizational capabilities and high self-motivation Hands-on mentality Teamplayer Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
