Check, plausibility and create cost calculations Creating and optimizing house-technical and plant engineering concepts Variant investigations of TGA concepts regarding investment and operating costs Supporting the work preparation department by evaluating post-contractor offers Participation in award negotiations Creating performance directories for electrical engineering, building automation, MSR technology support the project management in the construction design in the TGA 

Complete study of electrical engineering, training as technician:in electrical or comparable qualification Knowledge of technical building equipment Professional experience in building electrical, ideally in construction, of advantage Very good MS Office knowledge Experience in handling the software RIB-iTWO of advantage High technical and economic understanding Communication strength and sense of responsibility Team spirit as well as a structured, independent and dedicated way of working complete your profile.
