Team management: After extensive integration, you take over the team management of our team with currently 4 employees and become the main contact partner for questions and concerns. You conduct employee talks, promote individual development and create an environment in which talents can grow. Project management: management and coordination of national and international customer projects – from contract completion to the transfer of the production-ready plant. Planning & project planning: development and design of process engineering machines and plants, in particular fluidized bed systems for production and laboratory. Quality and time management: Control of costs, dates and quality of your projects. Customer focus: You are the first contact for our customers and represent our company to the outside. Project documents: creation of technical specifications, supplier requests, component lists, process flow charts and load specifications as well as development of layouts and planning drawings. Order processing: Processing of orders in the SAP system. Sales support: cooperation with sales in complex sales projects.

Qualification: Complete study in process engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, food technology or a comparable field. (m/w/d), Process Engineer (m/w/d), Project Engineer (m/w/d) or Project Manager (m/w/d) or similar. Industry-specific knowledge: experience in the qualification of plants for the pharmaceutical industry is desirable, but no prerequisite. language knowledge: reliable in German and English; further foreign languages are a plus. Personality: Analytical thinking, independent work and the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements. Team spirit & responsibility: You like to work in the team and want to actively shape projects.
