IT-Experts (m/w/d) für HR-Systeme (Workday, OnBase, SAP HCM)

Support and technical development of the cloud-based system Workday HCM, including responsibility for release management, rights concepts, data quality and second-level support Administration of the ECM system Hyland OnBase with focus on digital personal files, contract management, vehicle records, brand/trademark shares and financial documentation Technical and content support of the career portal, including maintenance of the interfaces to the Concludis applicant management system, as well as technical care and further development of the internal employee portal bo*info together with the corporate communication Support of sales units in the use of the time management system Edtime Ensuring GDPR compliance in all supervised systems by appropriate technical measures in cooperation with data protection Development and maintenance of system documentation, guidelines and training documents as well as training for end users (m/w/d) Participation in digitalization and automation projects to optimize HR and administration processes and support in the selection and introduction of new HR-related tools and systems Creation of reports and data analyses based on the supervised systems Management of interfaces between HR / IT and external partners in system updates

Graduate in Computer Science / BWL or comparable qualification (e.g. training as a specialist (m/w/d) in corresponding professional experience or further education) Experience in system administration, configuration and support of cloud-based HR systems (e.g. Workday), release management and technical documentation and project environment (classical or agile)

Know-how in the application of ECM systems (ideally Hyland OnBase) and basic knowledge in time management systems (e.g. ATOSS / Edtime or comparable) Practical knowledge in handling interfaces between SAP HCM and Workday as well as in interface management between other systems (e.g. Workday Onbase) Knowledge in the field of HR processes and digitalization and data protection (GDPR) related to digital personal data and HR systems Responsibility and care in handling sensitive personal data Good German knowledge Service and solution orientation combined with the joy of cross-departmental teamwork and an analytical and self-responsive working Willingness to incorporate into new tools and continuous training
