The Schön Klinik Neustadt is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach of the Lübecker bay. As a center hospital, she ensures medical care in Ostholstein. With specializations in orthopaedics, trauma surgery, neurology and internal medicine, she treats about 50,000 patients in the acute and rehabilitation areas every year. The clinic offers 560 beds and employs more than 1,100 employees. Since 2003 she has been an academic teaching hospital of the University of Lübeck and part of the family-run Schön Klinik Group. Building technology & maintenance: You carry out independent maintenance tasks, including maintenance, inspections, tests, repairs and renewals on buildings, rooms, components, parts of building technology and on external surfaces – including elevators and winter service. Disruption management & documentation: You receive interference and maintenance reports, process them reliably and document the measures carried out in a legally secure manner. Installation control & fault detection: You regularly monitor the state of the technical installations and carry out technical tours for early detection of defects. Service provider coordination & performance testing: You provide external service providers, accompany them during execution and take over the acceptance of the services provided. Energy data & project integration: You actively engage in projects and the energy management team and take over the structured collection and processing of technical data and information.

You have a successfully completed training as a violin or master in a craftsman's profession and bring multi-year practical professional experience. You have a well-founded knowledge of relevant technical regulations and a class B licence. You have good computer skills, especially in MS Office and ideally also in CAFM systems. You have a quick understanding and are able to independently analyze and solve technical challenges. You convince with commitment, team spirit, service orientation as well as the willingness to advance professionally.
