You support our project work in the field of urban development at the Bremen site and contribute significantly to our projects being structured, efficient and successful. You work closely with our project management and take over in particular: Support for project management in the development of urban planning measures and in funding management Development and preparation of funding applications and support in contract management Organisation and reliable acquisition of back-office activities, in particular protocol management, presentations and coordination of appointments Competent settlement of payment transactions and audit General administrative and organisational tasks to relieve project management in day-to-day business The role is central to the project success: Your work creates structure, keeps processes running and is valued as important and valuable support in the team. You work in an interdisciplinary team of currently three project leaders and a colleague in the project management, who is looking forward to your support. Together, the team currently supports three urban renewal areas and is involved in a larger location of our company. This allows you to benefit from the close cooperation in the direct team as well as from the exchange and structures of a larger team. Our project leaders come from the fields of architecture, urban planning and urban development and introduce different technical perspectives into joint work. The exchange in the team is collegial, open and solution-oriented.
