Our 7 hotels are located in the regions of Brandenburg, Lower Saxony, Saxony and Thuringia. One of them is the 3-star Superior AHORN Panorama Hotel Oberhof with 444 rooms in the renowned winter sports resort and Olympic base Oberhof in the Thuringian Forest.

Head of the reception department, incorporation of trainees and students Competent leadership of the reception team Staff deployment planning as well as creation of service and holiday plans settlement of all formalities at check-in and check-out First contact person of the hotel guests in all matters (free time activities, environmental information, etc.) Professional handling of guest complaints and complaints Internal communication with the other departments of the house Creation of the daily accounts with the Fidelio Suite 8 system and the monthly accounts

Complete vocational training in the hotel industry Professional experience in the described activity Sovereign appearance to guests as well as pronounced kindness Organised and independent working Safe handling of the PC Experiences with Fidelio Suite 8 are desirable (possibly missing knowledge will be provided)
