Support of the team in all organizational and administrative tasks General Office AdministrationOrganization Office supplies, Inbox, Material orders Receive and forward calls Correspondence with companies in crafts and services, with suppliers and internal Sharepoint Coordination of beverage supply Topics of establishment (key management, ancillary costs, organization maintenance cleaning, window cleaning etc.) Coordination of externals in relation to repairs, procurement of furniture and courier services Organization Staff talks

Service travel organisationTravel and hotel booking (rail, flight, hotel etc.), cost control

Organisation of employee events Control driving licences and travel books Administration Pool cars at the site (locations, inspections, tyre change) and random testing (cleaning)

Cash management and freight management

Training and experience Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of construction project control

Professional handling of office processes, commercial processes and digital tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Personal skills Organising and planning talent, structured working and pleasure in actively shaping processes Teamability and flexibility Communication talent and fun in contact with customers and companies Positive radiation and a friendly, binding appearance Reliability and a high degree of self-initiative Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Openness for new technologies and digital work processes
