Influence: Evaluate the feasibility of studies in the DACH region using databases on study centers and recruitment numbers, incidences and AI tools along with the oncology management team, site engagement leads, medical affairs and KEEs Coordinate Design Feasibilities/KEE requests and identify the right study centers/KEE in the DACH region Coordinate the study center selection process for the implementation of the feasibilities at wider center level by identifying potential examiners. Joined with Medical Affairs in direct contact with potential examiners:inside, discusses the studies with them and summarizes the feedback Creating feedback for DACH in cooperation with the Oncology Management Team and Medical Affairs and meeting critical points directly with Global Feasibility and Program Management Organizes and guides a handover meeting with the responsible Local Study Start Up team and accompanies the SQV process to prepare the final commitment in exchange with the various stakeholders. Advocacy Groups' feedback as an integral part of feasibility analyses

Strengths prove: Complete studies, preferably natural or health sciences or comparable At least 5 years of experience in oncological clinical research or comparable Analytical and strategic thinking Very good process knowledge in conducting clinical trials. Good knowledge of international ICH/GCP guidelines and local regulations. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Representative team skills and project management knowledge High communication capability, in particular in virtual communication High readiness for adaptation and change Ability to prioritize effectively
