As a Payroll Specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you can independently create the bills for our employees and ensure the timely and proper payout for our employees. Competent preparation of the pay bill (DATEV / LODAS) taking into account all tax and SV regulations Contact person for all employees and correspondence with authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions Proactive support in improving administrative payroll processes Ensuring all timely notifications to social security institutions Support for occupational pensions Cooperation in the preparation of evaluations and maintenance of the pay data Active participation and representation of the pay team in internal projects

Completed commercial design, preferably for/to the control specialist a further education on/to the personnel specialist businesswoman/mann or wage book holder (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Knowledge of tax and social security law, labour law and knowledge of basic wage accounting principles Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel) as well as sound knowledge in the application of DATEV / LODAS Good analytical skills and very accurate functioning, high service orientation and team skills Good time management and priorities Confidential handling of sensitive and confidential topics Excellent communication skills with very good German skills (level C1 or higher)
