In this position, you will lead and control an interdisciplinary and multi-site team from the Facility Management (Haustechnik, Hausmeister, Fuhrpark), kitchen, reception and purchasing with currently 10 team members. You ensure the maintenance and functioning of our locations in Cologne and Wiesbaden – organisational, economic and technical. You actively contribute to the further development of our facility management and shape change processes. These are your tasks in detail: You plan and manage the tasks, resources and budgets within the various specialist groups With clear leadership, you develop your team professionally and personally and promote an open feedback and responsibility culture Building management for both locations is your overall responsibility: You coordinate the maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment, check necessary forward-looking measures and ensure compliance with legal framework requirements In close coordination with relevant interfaces, you control projects and special tasks efficiently, economically and purposefully – e.g. renewal of the heating system, refurbishment of wastewater systems, development of a new concept for internal heating You advise the Executive Board on feasibility and cost-effectiveness of planned measures and create basis for decision You strategically develop purchasing by negotiating and optimizing attractive conditions and framework agreements with potential suppliers and service managers Also in challenging situations you take responsibility and make binding decisions You promote internal exchange and ensure smooth cooperation within the area and organisation

You have a degree in real estate, architecture or electrical and information technology; Alternatively, you will bring a master's certificate and many years of professional experience in the sense of an equivalent qualification with Multiannual experience in a comparable function in building management – ideally with leadership responsibility – bring you with You have a well-founded technical knowledge of the plant engineering of technical building equipment and understand internal services (receiver, canteen, shopping) with VOB, HOAI, GEFMA as well as the Legislative Decrees BauO NRW, SBauVO NRW, TTestVO or Safety Regulatory are not foreign words for you In addition to proven experience in project management, you will be able to work in a structured manner, organisational and negotiation skills and economic thinking Your team members will guide you through clear communication, comprehensible decisions and a reliable occurrence, taking into account the different personalities and at the same time keeping the common goals in mind You convince with strong communication skills, negotiation skills and sovereign appearance even in conflict-affected situations
