The Schön Klinik Roseneck, part of the Schön Klinik Group, with the locations Prien am Chiemsee and Rosenheim as well as a daily clinic in Prien, is one of the largest psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinics in Germany with 720 beds. Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. For our team we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) for patient management in full time. Registration and Process Management: You process registrations in our computer program Cherwell, prepare the associated documents and place interested parties as well as processes – including prioritized and VIP applications – structured Advice from interested parties: You advise interested parties in writing and by telephone, competent and service-oriented on all questions concerning the registration process and are available as a reliable contact person. Interface communication: You act as a central communication interface between interested parties, doctors and the disposition and ensure a smooth flow of information. Telephone consultation and external cooperation: In some cases you also take over the telephone consultation of private patients, instructors and cost providers and work closely with the Schön Klinik Beratung Berlin and the call center. Process maintenance and tracking: You are ready to improve the registration process with creative ideas and send a reminder for feedback from interested parties about Cherwell.

You have a successfully completed training according to IHK or HWK standard. You are flexible and open to actively accompany the registration process during the introduction of a new EDV program. You have secure PC knowledge, especially in dealing with the common Microsoft programs. You are characterized by a pronounced communication capability and are safe and friendly. You always act service- and service-oriented and have joy in dealing with people. You like to work in the team, bring engagement and support collegial cooperation.
