Support in the field of training and personnel development, in particular in applicant management and participation in current training topics Participation in training marketing, e.g. in the preparation and follow-up of training fairs and other employer-branding measures Planning and supervision of pupil trainees Support for the training organisation and the takeover of administrative tasks (e.g. creation and revision of schedules, audit reports, etc.) Active participation of the Instagram channel (creative rounds, editorial sessions, video shooting etc.) Preparation and implementation of trainee associations together with the trainer team Coordination and maintenance of training management using HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) Organisation and preparation of internal and external training (e.g. spatial planning, hotel bookings, coordination with trainers) Participation in HR projects (research and content processing) as well as independent acquisition of small projects
