Tasks with a plan

• Participation in the planning, calculation, tendering and award of technical equipment
• Creation of design planning of building engineering plants according to HOAI with focus on practicality and functionality
• Supporting the construction and project management with varied construction projects
• Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers and technicians to develop sustainable solutions
• Introducing creative ideas and independent work in the project context
• take over responsibility in technical and organizational areas

• A completed training or study in the field of supply technology ideally with previous vocational training
• Entry also possible as a motivated starter
• Basic knowledge of the design and dimensioning of HLKS components
• Safe handling of Autodesk Revit, ideally complemented by experience with liNear
• Good technical knowledge of relevant trades and relevant standards and regulations
• Interest in sustainable construction and modern planning methods, in particular model-based BIM planning
• Communication strength, self-motivation, team spirit and a structured, reliable operation
