You support tooling in the analysis and further development of existing manufacturing processes. In addition, you opt for processes using lean management principles and identify potential for improvement. In addition, you will conduct streamlined interviews with experts such as measurement technology, tooling and engineering and the actual processes. You will study and evaluate quality skills, evaluate them statistically and develop a classification scheme for concentration by cause, effect and frequency. Some topics will be discussed, for example, the possibility of a target process for the quality message management, including role distribution, KPIs, IT support and communication routes.

You will study industrial engineering, production management, system engineering and management or a comparable subject. In addition, you would like to actively contribute to the optimisation of industrial processes and to gain practical experience in the field of tooling.
