As SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) analyse and optimize business processes and customize customization Conversion of the SAP HCM system landscape to S/4HANA and active participation in all project phases Advice to the specialist departments for the optimal use of SAP HCM solutions and support in request acquisition Creation of concepts and relevant documentation to improve the system landscape Support and maintenance of existing SAP HCM systems and implementation of new features

A successfully completed study in computer science or in the field of human resources is considered a basic requirement Multiannual professional experience as SAP HR Consultant (m/w/d), ideally focusing on SAP HCM-PT and/or SAP HCM-PY First experiences with SuccessFactors are beneficial flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
