Your tasks

• You support the development and development of a high-perform cloud platform with focus on the Load Balancer Service
• You are responsible for the operation and further development of the Load Balancer Service at the STACKIT Cloud
• Ensure efficient automation and continuous optimization of technical processes
• You will first and provide professional documentation as well as the connection of monitoring and logging for a stable operation of the solution
• You are part of a motivated agile team that strives for improvements at any time and continuously develops itself (and products)

Your profile

• You are a team player and have worked in an Agile DevOps team for some time.
• You convince us with your programming experience, in particular in Go or Python and have ideally already experience in the development of APIs and Kubernetes controllers
• You have already worked with cloud technologies and infrastructures
• You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• You have profound experience in the areas of Micro Services, Network Technology / Infrastructure, Security and Cloud Solutions
• Ideally, you can demonstrate first knowledge in the construction and operation of Load Balancer solutions (e.g. Envoy, HA-Proxy, NGINX, F5)
• You have already gained several years of experience with virtualization and containerization environments
• You bring the passion and enthusiasm for new technologies and topics around modern network architectures and cloud services
• You have successfully completed your studies with IT reference, or you have a comparable qualification
• You have good knowledge of German and English
