We are looking for the Office for Urban Planning and Housing of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be suspended until 28.02.2026 as part of a parental leave office with option for renewal.

The place is located in the Department of Administration and Law, Lower Monumental Protection Agency. The main tasks are the urban development project “Rosenstein”.

• They are responsible for legal support and legal advice on all issues relating to the urban development project “Rosenstein”
• They shall take legal advice and control in the case of procurement procedures and plan setting procedures under the AEG.
• They are responsible for legal support for urban competitions
• the completion of urban contracts and purchase contracts as well as the legal support in the field of tree protection regulations are among your tasks
• They are responsible for the legal advice on processes relating to conservation and discriminatory procedures
• You undertake tasks of the Deputy Data Protection Officer of the Office and represent the Office in judicial proceedings

A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

• lawyer with 2nd state exams and professional experience in public administration
