We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of production: System Administrator (m/w/d) Hardware Deployments & equipment: You install fixed and mobile devices within the KW PDV

Trouble analysis & troubleshooting: You independently and independently analyze faults at terminals, troubleshoot faults, perform causes analyses and plan or implement improvement measures

System setup & software provision: You install operating systems, system-related software, development tools and standard software

Maintenance concepts & lifecycle management: You create maintenance plans and work test and maintenance lists independently

Documentation Management & Licence Management: You maintain and update documentation such as asset lists, license overviews and comparable documents

Device Administration & System Monitoring: You monitor, control and maintain all fixed and mobile devices including the associated software and manage their administration

Safety optimization & curing measures: You develop improvement and optimization measures for all end devices and implement them with special attention to IT security (Härtung)

Infrastructure Administration: You administrate the infrastructure necessary for terminal management (WDS, backup, WSUS, AD, AV, DLP Server)

Complete vocational training in IT or comparable technical training

Practical experience in the installation, configuration and administration of Windows based devices

Knowledge of operating systems, drivers, system-oriented software and standard applications

Experience in error analysis and cause research

Structured, independent and responsible operation

Good communicative skills for coordination with benefiters and teams

Willingness to continuously develop and use new technologies
