What you are moving with us:

You advise and accompany the executives in a defined support area in change processes and personal topics. You give proactive impulses and take over strategic advice for HR topics in your support area. You develop, manage and implement national and regional initiatives and projects of the SGE. You work constructively with the works council. You analyse personal economic indicators and are responsible for deriving and initiating follow-up measures. You bring your expertise into HR projects.
