Patent Assistant (part-time, 15-20 hours) (m/f/d)

Management of patent and brand files: Self-governing and maintenance of our national and international patent and brand portfolios, including deadline monitoring and document management Communication and Coordination: Professional exchange with internal departments, external patent attorney offices and authorities (DPMA, EPA, WIPO) Inventory compensation: processing of applications, calculation and execution of inventor's compensation in close coordination with the HR department and the inventors Contract management: Management and maintenance of contracts in our digital contract management tool, including time-limit control and reminder management Digital processes: Active co-design and optimization of digital processes, e.g. through the introduction and use of modern software solutions

Completed training as a patent specialist or comparable qualification Professional experience in managing patent and/or brand files, ideally in an industrial environment routine in dealing with authorities and external law firms and knowledge in German and European patent law Experience in the processing of inventor's remunerations and in contract management Secure handling of web-based tools (IP MS, DMS, contract management software) and MS Office Experience with the use of AI tools related to search and IP MS would be desirable Structured, independent operation, high care and pronounced communication skills
