You make sure that the operation is running properly (observing all statutory and internal regulations). This is why you are responsible for coordinating and managing all operational activities within the team. This also includes personnel, machine and plant planning. Optimisation is always in view: you evaluate and develop metrics and take measures to optimize the operating processes. Of course, that's why you're also working on the creation of the operating budget. You are responsible for compliance with the company's obligations to operate under the relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that our daily business is guaranteed. Ultimately, you plan any maintenance and maintenance measures.

You bring a completed technical or chemical training, e.g. as a forwarding merchant (w/m/d) or similar qualification. In addition, you already have several years of professional experience and advanced knowledge related to hazardous substances and the topic of occupational safety. You are characterized by a communicative, open-minded and loyal personality, which deals with projects that occur carefully, bindingly and with the necessary enforcement capacity. You have information about waste management and legal knowledge (KrWG, EfbV, freight transport, hazardous goods, occupational safety, etc.) as well as knowledge about the relevant safety regulations (UVV, fire protection). In the end you have very good German and English skills.
