You process and check the takeover of all shipment data (Spediteurs / Customer Data [DFÜ]) You carry out general preparatory activities for disposition, such as avisation, data transmission and the creation of transport documents. Pre- and downstream administrative activities for the loading and unloading of vehicles are part of your task. You function as an important interface between the handling warehouse and the driving personnel and coordinate the unloading/discharging including monitoring of the departure times. Your core work time is between 4:00 and 00:30.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services. You are mobile and bring willingness to night work/late shift. You are distinguished by good English skills. Their operation is characterized by reliability and independence. Good communicative skills, enforcement and resilience are also among your strengths.
