Tasks:

• Preparation of dietary and disease-adjusted food for residents of care facilities
• Implementation of medical regulations and nutritional requirements
• Production of whole food, special foods and diets (e.g. diabetes food, diet, light full food)
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
• Participation in food planning and recipe development
• Close cooperation with kitchen management, nursing staff and possibly nutritional advice

Advanced knowledge:

• Completed training as a cook/cooker with additional qualification as a diet cook/diet cook or comparable qualification in dietary cuisine (m/w/d)
• Experience in shared catering, clinic or nursing kitchen of advantage
• Knowledge of special food forms and nutritional requirements
• Structured and hygiene-conscious operation
• Team skills and responsibility
