You carry out the Controlling section and develop your team and the organization strategically. As a business partner*in the management, you actively shape the financial and strategic management of the HPA. You are responsible for budget, financial, investment and mid-term planning and for resilient forecasts and transparent decisions. With a clear focus on digitalization, you drive the further development of controlling, reporting and control systems and unlock innovative AI applications. With meaningful key figures, analyses and measures controlling, you create transparency and support the sustainable achievement of the company. In addition, you conduct cross-departmental transformation projects and continuously optimize processes and control instruments. As a central spokesperson for the BWAI, you are responsible for the grant management and are committed to trusting cooperation with the supervisory authority.

You have successfully completed a scientific university degree with a focus on business management, financial and accounting, or a comparable subject. Your multiannual management experience in controlling as well as a well-founded knowledge in the areas of corporate management, accounting, and HGB are all yours. With SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC and modern BI and analysis tools, you are going to be confident and using their potentials specifically for data-based corporate governance. Thanks to your strong analytical skills and affinity for data, automation and AI, you will recognize opportunities early on and develop forward-looking solutions. In addition, you bring experience in managing complex projects and change projects and successfully shape transformation processes. As a guide person, you convince by strategic thinking, communication strength, enforcing ability and a clear outcome orientation.
