You welcome our customers cordially and provide a professional first impression. As a central contact person, you are the face of our car house and accompany our customers during their visit. You support scheduling and coordination of service orders. You process customer concerns and support in the professional handling of complaints. The organisation of vehicle transfers, replacement mobility and our customer vehicle pick-up and bring service is also part of your responsibility. Together with our service consultants and workshop masters, you will ensure a smooth service process. With your friendly and service-oriented way you create positive customer experiences and promote long-term customer relationships.

Ideally, you have a training as an automobile businessman or a comparable service-oriented training, for example in the hotel or event area. Cross-enterers with a pronounced service orientation are also welcome. You communicate safely, friendly and professional – both with customers and within the team.
