Start: From now Position: Full time Area: IT consulting Location: Remote, hybrid or on site at the customer #LI remote Your tasks Design the digital HR future as Managing Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d) and override the end-to-end responsibility for demanding transformation projects with medium-sized companies and international corporations. You are responsible for the design and implementation of complex SuccessFactors solutions and ensure the quality, governance and sustainability of the results As a professional manager, you guide project teams, develop consultants and actively promote best practices and methodological standards You create customized HR solutions, innovative designs and integration scenarios around SAP HCM and SuccessFactors At eye level, you advise HR areas and top management, control decision-making processes and translate strategic goals into implementable SuccessFactors roadmaps Your team Experienced colleagues who share their knowledge. Here is more information about our Benefits Your profile You bring well-founded experience in the SAP-SuccessFactors environment and take responsibility for solutions, projects and people. With a strategic view, strong consulting skills and high quality standards, you can successfully implement challenging HR IT projects.
