Your tasks

Pedagogical care:Our clients need individually adapted assistance, so among other things, you can take on professional pedagogical support as well as skills, guidance and assistance in everyday care.

**As a direct reference person, you support, accompany and support people with different limitations of participation – your activity will support the individual's strengths individually and specifically.

Relationship:You provide assistance in life-structural activities and the professional development of individual client objectives according to the participation planning.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed training in the educational or nursing sector (e.g. as an educator, nurse, or nurse) and have experience in working with people with disabilities.

Empathy:It brings joy to the accompaniment of people with different disabilities and you want to allow you the possibility of a self-determined life.

**You reflect on your own actions and you are important for educational development. You like to work independently and in a valuable team where your opinion counts.

**You have a Class B licence to use our service vehicles.
