Quality Management Consultant (m/f/d)

Advising the specialist departments on all quality issues in construction projects and in technical operation and takeover of the compliance function in quality management Examination, control and quality assurance of technical and construction projects according to defined Quality standards, HOAI specifications and budget specifications Continuous optimization, monitoring and development of processes for error prevention and Efficiency increase over the entire real estate life cycle Development and optimization of purchasing processes, definition of procurement strategies, monitoring the supplier reviews and close cooperation with the group purchase Development and implementation of quality standards and QM guidelines, including Introduction of new controlling instruments and KPI systems for success measurement and Service providers ensuring the quality of documentation, in particular with regard to compliance requirements; Risk management and verification obligations

Successfully completed studies in (construction) engineering, architecture, economic engineering, facility management or a comparable qualification Comprehensive professional experience in construction and/or real estate management as well as sound knowledge in quality management for construction projects and the operation of technical installations Knowledge of the interpretation and application of HOAI provisions to control services and contract structures Long-standing experience in the implementation, control and further development of quality standards at company level In-depth know-how in controlling and monitoring KPIs as well as thorough understanding of compliance requirements and risk management Very good knowledge of technical purchasing, tendering and contract management and supplier evaluation Comprehensive experience with auditing and testing procedures to comply with quality standards Very good knowledge in handling MS Office applications as well as experience and application security in SAP Designed analytical and conceptual skills, holistic and cross-disciplinary thinking and a high number affinity Very good communication skills, collaborative and conflicting skills and the ability to build cross-disciplinary relationships High performance, self-initiative, result focus and organisational ability Embossed project management competence as well as action flexibility and resilience Readiness to learn and change as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods
