You want heating, ventilation and sanitation technology, energy-efficient building technology and technical responsibility – and a team that keeps together and tackles problems directly? Together, we ensure that buildings, technical facilities and infrastructure are safe, efficient and sustainable – from heating and ventilation systems to air conditioning systems and district heating systems to building automation.

HKLS systems & technical building operations Maintenance and repair work on heating and sanitary facilities Safe handling of district heating systems including control and optimization of operating parameters Analysis and elimination of technical disorders – from fault diagnosis to sustainable disorder elimination Exchange of wear parts and components to ensure stable and efficient plant operation Implementation of inspections by manufacturer and operator requirements Hydraulic adjustment and optimization of heating systems to increase efficiency Maintenance and maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning Documentation, Responsibility & Cooperation Documentation of maintenance, inspection and repair work in the specified systems Support for renovations and modernization projects in technical building equipment Ensuring operator responsibility and plant availability in responsibility Monitoring and monitoring of foreign companies in maintenance, testing and projects

Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, gas and water installer, central heating and ventilation builder or a comparable qualification in the HKLS/building technology environment Multiannual professional experience in technical building management or in service technology for heating, climate and sanitary facilities Knowledge of relevant regulations and regulations (e.g. DIN, VDI, DVGW, GEG, BetrSichV) Safe handling of HKLS systems and ideally experience with district heating systems Knowledge of building automation and MSR technology are a plus High technical competence and strong understanding of building technology Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation – also under time pressure Willingness to participate in call readiness by agreement driving licence class B
