In combination with the decision-makers and users, you define the ideal design and use of the control-relevant models. With your analytical sense, you evaluate the adequacy of models and their interaction in the context of identifying, controlling and limiting bank risks. Together with the team, you actively shape our group-wide and preventive management of model risks and governance. You introduce innovative ideas for managing risks from AI models and drive their integration forward. Optimization of model-based decisions You take responsibility in a dynamic, varied environment and actively shape it. With a clear look at the control key figures, your broad expertise helps you to consolidate and optimise model-based decisions in the KfW Group. You work preventively to avoid and compensate material model risks. You will present your results and suggestions in the model bodies and in front of senior management. You are happy to work in cross-departmental working groups and projects (e.g. ESG, AI, stress testing). This will bring you You have completed their studies in economics, mathematics, natural sciences, financial mathematics or comparable qualifications. Multiannual relevant professional experience in model risk management, advice or in an interdisciplinary interface position. Interest in bank management and the relationships, in particular between risk management, finance, treasury and compliance. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the active management of models as well as in committee work and the development of standards and governance. With your analytical thinking capability, your target orientation and communication strength, you convince interdisciplinary teams and drive forward joint solutions. Their strong conceptual skills and your own initiative help you master complex challenges and develop innovative solutions – thereby completing your profile with good English skills.
