✓ Social pedagogical advice and support for young people with special needs due to a learning disability or mental illness ✓ Participation in individual rehabilitation and qualification planning ✓ Active cooperation in the team Social education ✓ Social training and group offers ✓ Documentation of the rehabilitation process for young people with learning difficulties and mental illnesses ✓ Crisis intervention and individual case work ✓ Networking with cooperation partners ✓ Communication with youth offices, schools, authorities, relatives ✓ Accompanied to external dates (doctors, consultancy offices etc.) ✓ Cooperation in the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team and collegial exchange of information ✓ Ensuring the integration success of participants

Your profile

✓ Complete study of social education, social work, or a comparable qualification ✓ is desirable for professional and social integration of young people with learning difficulties and/or mental impairments ✓ Motivational skills, empathy, conflictability, team orientation and organizational skills ✓ knowledge of the current training and labour market or the willingness to acquire them ✓ Structured independent work ✓ Documentation security, digital skills and secure knowledge in Office ✓ The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
