Construction and design of a global production engineering organization structure to maximize synergies of the production network

Establish production and support processes and develop (further) to increase competitiveness

Development and establishment of a coordinated production system with interface divisions from Operations

Responsibility for improving transit times (time to market) and the development and implementation of new production strategies (medium & long term)

regular communication with factory managers of our international production sites, as well as the global functions (logistics, quality, purchasing) in the field of operations to strengthen cooperation in order to coordinate priorities and to be able to target resources

Head of highly qualified teams in a complex and dynamic production environment

Conducting, designing, assessing, controlling and developing the employees under the management principles of the company

Implementation of measures for the efficient design of the organisation of structures and procedures in the area of responsibility

Studies (economic, scientific) and additional GPM / IPMA training at least. Level B

more than 10 years of leadership experience and several years of professional experience in measuring technology

LEAN and Sig Sigma training at least. Green Belt

Experience in the strategic planning and construction of new departments/organisational structures and in conceptual work-ups

intercultural knowledge through stays abroad in different cultures

English knowledge: fluent & negotiated (Level C2). Other language skills such as Italian and Chinese are of advantage

readiness to travel to the national and international IQS production sites
