Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Wagner-Régeny-Str. 26, 12489 Berlin You develop a regional customer network in the field of construction to exploit our market potentials You create the interface between the customer and our specialist departments and accompany the projects in this function - from planning and calculation to commissioning You act as an input for the sales strategy and work on the development and implementation of sales concepts You can actively exchange information within your network and the different internal and external stakeholders You constantly care about our CRM system with all important customer and market information You participate in industry-specific trade fairs and congresses

You have a successfully completed study of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification, supplemented with deep commercial knowledge You already have several years of experience in the coordination and/or distribution of construction projects in the field of turnkey construction with You communicate with your customers, are stressful, assertive and prove your communicative skill in negotiations You have good knowledge in MS-Office as well as first experiences in handling CRM systems You are characterized by a pronounced organizational ability, readiness to travel and an independent way of working
