We are looking for our Jena location at the next time Senior HR Business Partner Labour Law (m/w/d) Location: Jena | Part-time or full-time That's what you expect: In this challenging role, you accompany the construction of our service organization at the new location in this versatile newly created role, supporting the transformation of our service organization in Jena with currently 350 employees. Our staff area is redesigned to develop and accompany our organization – modern, future-oriented and close to the business. In doing so, we are independent of the corporate mother, thus shaping and responsible for our own working and social world. You report directly to the HR department management and have a short wire to the management.

Enable change: You shape the legal framework of a modern, flexible world of work, negotiate business agreements and other regulations and thus significantly contribute to our employer's attractiveness and competitiveness Establish legal certainty: You are a contact person for management, executives and HR for all labour law issues and pass on your knowledge. You accompany disciplinary measures, prepare and examine labor-related documents and tax cooperation with the works council. Managers advise: You support all kinds of personal actions and work closely with your service organization in organizational development and transformation. Win and develop talents: You recruit the right specialists and executives for your organizational unit and ensure effective talent management. Stakeholders control: You shape constructive, trusting cooperation with management, executives and the works council. Projects lead to success: You lead or contribute significantly to cross-disciplinary projects.

Presence: Mobile work is not a problem with us. For this role you should be approx. 3 days a week on site in Jena. You see change as a chance and recognize the possibilities behind charts. Found experience as HR Business Partner, ideally in the service sector / insurance environment or in a comparable industry. Width and deep knowledge in the right to work and business from multiannual application in the operational context. A completed law degree with a focus on labour law or comparable training.
