SAP Key User Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

Act as a central contact person for all SAP-FI topics within the finance sector, including principal accounting (General Ledger), creditor and debitor accounting (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable), asset accounting (Asset Accounting) and banking Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and implement automation solutions Meet and document professional requirements, establish functional specifications and coordinate their implementation with the IT and external consultants Support and coordinate interfaces to connected systems such as e-invoicing (xSuite), consolidation tools (LucaNet), banking platforms and reporting solutions Ensure smooth integration of FI with modules MM, SD and CO Plan and accompany User Acceptance Tests (UAT), approve system changes and support Go Live activities Represents the finance sector in SAP projects, for example when onboarding new companies or system upgrades and release changes Ensure the quality of the FI master data and in the definition of role and authorization concepts Support monthly and annual accounts activities by solving system-related issues and introducing your functional know-how School Key User and End User and ensure current documentation of processes and systems

Successfully completed studies of business management, business informatics or a comparable subject or a commercial training with corresponding training Multiannual Experience with SAP FI as Key User, Inhouse Consultant or SAP Consultant Understanding the integration points between FI and the modules MM, SD and CO Good knowledge of accounting, including accounting according to HGB and basic IFRS characteristics Experience in project environments and in cooperation with IT service providers and external consultants Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Impressed communication skills and the ability to act as an interface between business stakeholders and IT teams flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
