Recording and implementing IT requirements from the various Uniper companies Administration, support, further development in the field of IT infrastructures/ services Control of cross-sectional tasks between IT infrastructure, IT service management and IT software management Ordering and billing of IT supplies and services Support for IT Group Projects User training and instruction Control of external IT service providers and providers Implementation of services (also operational) at the respective locations ( nationwide) Monitoring and ensuring the provision of the respective services Maintaining a high level of IT availability and performance Ensure that the services provided comply with the security and compliance policies and requirements Optimize service delivery processes Promote continuous improvements Take care of trouble and problem management Maintenance and reporting of IT services/ malfunctions/ maintenance and documentation in appropriate systems
