The area of responsibility includes the maintenance and construction of electrical and electronic installations on blasting tubes and the associated experimental stations at the Institute for Photon Research and Synchrotron Radiation (IPS). Your tasks in detail: Procurement and implementation of electronic circuits and components for the experimentation systems Procurement, installation and commissioning of electronic components for the control and optimization of the jet pipes Analysis and elimination of technical disturbances Maintenance, maintenance and repair of electronic equipment and systems Planning, design and construction of new electronic systems according to hardware and software requirements Documentation of circuits, plants and work processes Cooperation with internal departments and external service providers and suppliers

Complete training as a technician in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in the construction, maintenance and operation of electronic equipment Knowledge of drive and control technology as well as test and measurement technology Programming skills in Siemens SPS and knowledge in EPLAN good English skills Knowledge of how to use gases and low-temperature liquids is desired Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Teamability and Responsibility
