Development potential / perspectives

Complete vocational training in the warehouse or logistics area of advantage

Valid forklift (travel permit for industrial trucks) mandatory

First experience as a truck driver or in the logistics industry desirable

Good knowledge of handling forklift trucks and other industrial trucks

Tasks, competences and responsibility

Driving industrial trucks: safe operation of forklift trucks, high-bay trucks or other industrial trucks

Collection and relocation of goods: unloading of goods in storage

Commissioning: Procurement-related provision of goods in compliance with requirements and quality standards

Storage organisation: storage and removal of pallets, boxes or other goods in the high shelf

Safety precautions: ensuring the proper use of machinery and compliance with safety directives

Stock control: Regular review and control of the stock of goods and assistance in inventory

General storage activities: support in the storage organisation and care
