M&A Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an M&A Associate (w/m/d) for our growing group of companies in Berlin.

As an M&A Associate, you support the M&A team and accompany independent transactions from the beginning to the end.

Strategic and operational responsibility for all business acquisitions in close cooperation with the M&A team, the Head of M&A and the Managing Directors (CEO and CFO)

Identification and proactive address of potential acquisition targets, in particular in the Health & Safety area

Implementation of corporate assessments, development of transaction structures and creation and negotiation of offers and contract documents

Own-sponsored management and implementation of buy-side transactions, including coordination of all stakeholders and external consultants involved, accompaniment of the relevant due diligence areas and negotiation of purchase contracts

Completed studies in BWL, Finance or a comparable discipline

Multiannual professional experience, for example in Corporate Finance, M&A Associate, Investment Banking or a comparable activity

Detectional End to End Deal Experience (without PMI) ideally on the Buy-Side

Own project management of Deals Small-Cap to Mid-Cap

German language skills at native level
