Management of the production department: Head of a production department in the field of medical technology including personnel planning Employee development: Promoting the development and support of the professional and personal development of their employees Production processes: Responsibility for the holistic process of the milling department in the field of medical technology Fine planning: Precise planning of production orders and guaranteeing the optimal quality of the parts produced. Project Management: Ensuring a smooth running of sample productions and new project approaches together with process development Health and safety at work: Implementation of health and safety directives in cooperation with those responsible Target achievement: Monitoring the achievement of targets in terms of productivity, quality, costs and delivery times CSDP Management: Responsibility for the Continuous Improvement Process (CVP) in the Department

Qualification: Complete training as a machining mechanic or comparable training in the metal sector Continuing training: Successfully completed training for masters, technicians or a study with at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position Staff management: experience in managing employees, strong communication skills and high social competence Expertise: Deep knowledge in milling and ideally in CAM programming and Fanuc control Industry experience: Experience in medical technology is desirable, but no need
