You are a technician and have the pleasure to advise customers by phone and find the optimal service solution? Then you will become part of our successful and competent sales team at our sales and service location in Gießen.

You advise our well-known customers mainly from the fields of chemistry, food, pharmaceuticals and metal, plastic and electrical in terms of our technical services (service contracts). More information can be found here. Proactively contact companies in your sales area, i.d.R based on information about our installed devices. Consultation takes place on the phone and using PC-based solutions for customer presentation in online meetings. You create the right offers, conduct the sales negotiations to the conclusion and have your own budget responsibility.

You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training. After that, you could gain experience in service or sales and prove your sales talent, ideally in the technical field successfully. You convince us with your communication strength on the phone, a high degree of independence and your structured and flexible working. You have good user knowledge in MS-Word/Excel. Experience in SAP would be a plus point. You communicate both in writing and oral well in German and English.
