Startup Coach (m/f/d)

As a start-up coach (m/w/d), you accompany innovative start-up teams in several Bavarian digital start-up centres and are personally on site in different locations on several days a week. There you support the teams to transfer their business ideas into sustainable business models. Our long-term coaching program includes individual, regular coaching sessions, in which you will be able to independently analyze your entrepreneurial challenges, develop appropriate solutions and derive concrete goals and milestones. Your focus is on supporting the teams methodically and strategically, validating their customer benefits, developing sustainable business models and developing appropriate marketing and sales strategies. You can also help them develop a suitable financing strategy and prepare for fundraising processes. You give targeted impetus, ask the right critical questions and encourage the founding teams to make informed decisions for their company structure. The place is limited to 2 years.

2–4 years of experience in a startup or in a comparable agile, innovation-driven environment High customer and result orientation, self-initiative and motivation Completed studies (technical, scientific or BWL) Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital business models Outstanding analytical skills, social competence and team spirit High readiness for travel within Bavaria Routined in handling MS Office
