Damage detection and notification of damage to our residences Active damage management in close cooperation with our broker and the specialist departments involved, as well as ensuring ongoing documentation of damage regulation Ensuring efficient service management and direct cooperation with our senior citizens Close cooperation with the project management, department and legal department Participation in project-related activities and cooperation for internal damage reproting

A successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector, with at least 2 years of professional experience You have a good economic and conceptual basic understanding and can independently work into complex issues. Ideally, you already have first experiences in the area of damage processing You own organizational talent and an independent and discrete way of working You can safely move in a dynamic environment and have friendly and sovereign appearance You have very good MS Office skills paired with good German skills in word and writing Pleasure to work in the team, readiness and communication strength
